These Terms and conditions apply to all dealers, users and others who access or use the Site to submit, post or upload any content to LMG, whether electronically or in paper format.

User Content will be moderated following submission. When you submit content in any form to us, we may authorize such content to be distributed or syndicated to or published on other print or digital medium or media owned or operated by us.
You and authorized dealership personnel will be provided with login and password credentials to login in to your DRC account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of those passwords. You may not disclose passwords to any third party and are solely responsible for any use of or action taken under your password. If your password is compromised, you must contact us immediately to change your password.
Cookie Policy
A cookie is a small file stored on a user's hard drive by a website to collect data relating to the user's browsing habits or to maintain information you have already provided in previous visits to the website. Dispute Resolution
Subject to any exceptions specified in these Terms and Conditions, if you and LMG Finance Inc. are unable to resolve any dispute through informal discussion, then you and LMG Finance Inc. agree to submit the issue first before a non-binding mediator and to an arbitrator in the event that mediation fails. The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding. Any mediator or arbitrator must be a neutral party acceptable to both you and LMG Finance Inc.
Notwithstanding any other provision in these Terms and Conditions, you and LMG Finance Inc. agree that you both retain the right to bring an action in small claims court and to bring an action for injunctive relief or intellectual property infringement.
Severability
If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.
